研究领域
主要致力于唐氏综合征、阿尔茨海默病等神经系统疾病的病理机制方面的研究,近期在Cell, Nature neuroscience等国际学术期刊上发表研究论文,解析了多个基因与神经系统疾病的关联性。利用疾病动物模型结合动物行为学、电生理、多组学分析等相关技术,深入阐明神经系统疾病的致病机制,为临床诊断和靶向药物的开发提供模型和理论依据。
