研究领域:
肿瘤转移是一复杂的多步骤过程,涉及肿瘤细胞侵袭转移至靶器官、适应并重塑靶器官的组织微环境。本课题组主要致力于组织微环境与肿瘤转移研究,系统阐明了Periostin蛋白在炎症微环境和肿瘤组织微环境中的功能及其对肿瘤转移的调控作用。目前主要研究Periostin等基质蛋白及其调控因子在组织微环境重塑和肿瘤转移中的作用机制。
