研究领域

细胞死亡对机体维持自身稳态平衡有着至关重要的作用,当细胞坏死的时候,细胞膜破裂,内容物释放,可能导致大量的炎症反应,炎症反应失去控制就会导致急性或慢性的炎症性和免疫性疾病。虽然很早以前就有研究发现发炎的组织中存在坏死细胞,但直到近年来,随着对细胞坏死机制的理解加深,其促炎作用才逐渐引起注意。

实验室目前主要的研究方向如下:

(一)细胞坏死的调节机制;

(二)细胞坏死在炎症性和免疫性疾病中的作用;
