研究领域

肿瘤转移是癌症发生后致死的主因,而肝纤维化-肝硬化过程则是我国特色的肝癌发生前的重要阶段。近几年来我们的研究领域主要集中于核仁磷酸化蛋白NPM、RNA结合蛋白hnRNPA2/B1等重要调控蛋白在肿瘤的发生与转移方面的作用与机制研究,以及在肝纤维化过程中的作用与机制研究。本课题组主要方向包括:

肝癌等恶性肿瘤发生发展的机制研究;抗肿瘤药物研发与细胞基因治疗;

纤维化疾病(聚焦肝纤维化)的机制研究及药物研发;
